It is sad to think that you are getting Christmas coal in February. Why so late?
Because it's far too cliched to give or receive it in December...
Actually, I'm striking the word "sad" from my vernacular. Doesn't exist. People can be disheartened, disappointed, angry, enraged...but sad? Far too passive - makes it easy to play the part of a victim when you're sad or saddened.
